This beautiful coat and hat was made famous all around the world by a little girl in Paris named Madeline.  She is a cartoon character who lives in an all-girl school.  It was a great show teaching little ones a little bit of French, using manners, lifes lessons, etc... 
She wore this style of clothing in all of the episodes making it highly sought out for, which was/is a little difficult.
