I am 5 feet 1 inches tall and this fit me perfectly. I'm sure with a 1 or 2 inch heel the tassels at the bottom will no longer scrape the ground. But I am exceptionally short and so this is a perfect size dress. The material is lovely. It's light and I usually wear a size 22 to a 24. American style
